AseanChina Center saw the signing ceremony of representative agreement between Xi'an KOSUN Machinery Co.,Ltd. and Scomi Oiltools, Malaysia which was held on October,19th, 2011. During the signing ceremony, Mr. Dato' Sri Mustapa Mohamed, Malay Minister of International Trade and Industry was invited to be present.
