ZJ30 drilling rig solids control system was delivered to Russia


In January 2024, the ZJ30 drilling rig solids control system customized by KOSUN for our Russian customer was delivered on time and shipped to the customer’s site. This month, we will send our after-sales engineers to Russia for on-site services.

 
The ZJ30 drilling rig solids control system in Russia can perform graded treatment of drilling mud. It can also perform mixing, degassing, weighting, and stirring of drilling mud, as well as supply mud at the wellhead.
 
This system consists of mud tanks, cable trays, and solids control equipment. The entire system includes a shale shaker, desander/desilter cleaner (mud cleaner), centrifuge, and vacuum degasser. The equipment composition forms a five-level solids control system. The system includes a mixing and weighting system, mud supply system, freshwater supply system, electrical control system, lighting system, and more.
