KOSUN series vacuum degasser is a kind of special equipment for treating gas cut drilling fluid, which is suitable for all kinds of mud purification system. It is very important to restore mud specific gravity, stabilize mud viscosity property and reduce drilling cost. At the same time, it can also be used as a high power agitator when mud does not contain gas.

The deaerator as part of the vacuum degasser, namely using the vacuum pump suction effect, cause negative pressure zone in a vacuum tank, mud under the action of atmospheric pressure through the suction pipe into the hollow shaft of rotor, again by the window around the hollow shaft, the jet shaped into the tank wall, due to the collision and the role of foam separator, invade the bubbles in the mud, gas evolution, through vacuum pump suction is to safety. Mud due to the weight into the exhaust cavity, through the rotor out of the tank.

Maintenance of KOSUN vacuum degasser:
1. The top cover of the vacuum tank of the degasser should be cleaned once a week to avoid debris blocking the gas channel. Clean water can be used to wash the air collection chamber and foam separator on the top cover. During flushing, disconnect the vacuum pipeline, remove the wire plug and the table seat, and insert the high-pressure water pipe for 3-5 minutes each time.
2. After use, rinse the rotor and suction pipe in the vacuum tank. Cut off the power supply, remove the sight block plate (and oval flange block plate), check whether the parts are damaged, remove foreign bodies in the tank, flush the tank wall and rotor with high-pressure water pipe;
3. The above cleaning work shall be carried out after each completion of drilling to ensure normal use again;
4. When the working environment temperature is higher than 30℃, please check the vacuum meter at any time and timely replace the water in the soda water separator to keep the water temperature within 35℃;
5. After use in winter, drain the water in the soda separator and the pump in time to prevent frostbite.
