Breakdown 1 of Vacuum degasser:
The vacuum extent is not enough.
The reasons:
a. the vacuum pump without enough water, or without water.
b. The bolt connection or vacuum seal is not good.
c. The suction pipe or drain pipe is not immersed in the mud.
The solutions:
a. Fill the vacuum pump with water.
b. Fasten the bolt or seal the leak of vacuum tank.
c. Be immersed in the mud.
Breakdown 2 of Vacuum degasser:
After start-up, there is abnormal sound or strong vibration.
The reasons:
a. There are solid particles in the vacuum pump.
b. There are foreign body in the vacuum tank.
The solutions:
a. Open the pump head to clean. If damaged, should replace it.
b. Open the flange to clean or open the bottom cover to clean
Breakdown 3 of Vacuum degasser:
After start-up, the motor of the vacuum pump is not running.
The reasons:
a. vacuum pump impeller rusted
The solutions:
a. Clamp the coupling of the vacuum pump and motor, rotating many times. Then start the motor after rotating flexibly.
